When I emailed a quote request, I received a very prompt response, with all the info I needed. I was given directions to the office and when I got there, I was greeted very professionally by a young lady who obviously knew what she was doing. Shondelle (sp?) was my first point of face to face contact with Premium Designs and I was able to leave there with my order in record time! Further dealings with Khiomal and Charles have continued in this high standard. Great service, great prices, responsive customer service - what more could one ask?
